The eSampada mobile application is developed and maintained by the Government of India to provide housing and accommodation services for government employees and authorized users.

🚫 Not Designed for Children

This app is not directed to children under the age of 13 (COPPA) or under 16 (GDPR-K).
It is intended solely for adult users who are government employees or authorized personnel.
Children are not permitted to create accounts or submit personal data.

🔒 No Data Collection from Children

The app does not collect, store, or process personal information from children.
No content is directed toward minors (games, ads, or promotions).
If any child data is found, it will be deleted immediately in accordance with law.
